Life can be RUFF. Relax in comfort with your furry friend at your side! Pets welcome upon approval.

Maximum Number of Pets: 2
Maximum Weight: 50 pounds per pet
Pet Rent: $25 per pet
Pet Deposit (refundable): $200 per pet
Pet One-Time Fee (nonrefundable): $200 per pet

Breed Restrictions: Doberman Pinchers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, all wolf breeds, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terrier, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and any Hybrid or Mixed Breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.

We allow some exotic species and other types of pets. Our leasing staff can provide you with details.
